Update of User
Information & Removal of records
You may update your user
information by logging into your Member Account on the Site. VISTAGE &
AVEREST will not make any amendment to user information and will never ask for
your password by phone or e-mail. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure
that its password is kept safe to avoid any unauthorized access. In the event
if your password has been compromised, you should immediately notify marketplace@vistageasia.com and change your password.
The Site will store
and keep records of your Member Account as long as it remains active and for a
period of 7 years after the account becomes inactive. A Member Account will automatically be
inactivated from the Site upon the member’s exit from Vistage membership. Should you wish to close your Member Account
and remove your records, please notify marketplace@vistageasia.com.
Storage of User

collected is stored on our server. Access to User Information files is
restricted and is only granted to approved personnel. VISTAGE & AVEREST
will continuously ensure that security tools & procedures are put in place
to protect your information from unauthorized access. However, VISTAGE &
AVEREST will not be held accountable in the event of an unlawful interception (such
as hacking) from a third party.
By accepting the
privacy policy and term & conditions during member registration, you have
expressly consent to our collection and handling of your information as
described in this policy. For unregistered users, your access to the Site
indicates your acceptance of this privacy policy.
VISTAGE & AVEREST reserve
the right to change this policy at any point of time. The latest version of the
privacy policy will be published on the Site and shall be effective immediately
upon posting. Users should check this policy from time to time in order to be
